Q2. How long does it take to confirm coin withdrawal?
Coin withdraw is reflected only when the number of confirmations required by the exchange is met on the block chain.
You can use the TXID to see the real-time deposit progress.

Step 2. Click on [Deposit History] - [Details], then copy TXID
Step 3. Paste the TXID on the block chain searching site
Q3. What is coin deposit tag?
Tag is an additional address for the coin to be quickly and smoothly reflected.
If you need a tag at the deposit exchange, you must fill it out.
Ex) XRP, EOS, PCI, ETC.
Q4. I withdrew coins without tags or type wrong tag.
