Q1. How to deposit coins?

* Huobi Korea is optimized for chrome, so please use chrome.

Step 1. Click on [Balances] in the top right.

Step 2. Input the coin name you want to deposit in the coin search box, then click on [Deposit].

Step 3. Copy the coin deposit address and paste it into the withdrawal address text box of the withdrawal exchange market

* Before deposit, please read carefully notification.

[Mobile App]

* Please check your mobile app's version which is the latest or not.
A way to check version : Click on [Human Icon] - [About] - [Version]

Step 1. Click on [Balances] and search coin name you want to deposit on [Search tab]

Step 2. Click on the coin name you want to deposit, then click on [Deposit] on the bottom left

Step3. After copy authentication KEY or scan QR code, paste it into the withdrawal address

* Before deposit, please read carefully notification.
* For tether (USDT) deposits, it is essential to verify whether it is ERC-20-based or OMNI-based.
* For bitcoin (BTC) deposits, it is essential to verify whether it is BTC-based or HBTC-based.

Q2. How long does it take to confirm after deposit coins?

Coin deposit is reflected only when the number of confirmations required by the exchange is met on the block chain.
You can use the TXID to see the real-time deposit progress.

Step 1. Click on [Balances] in the top right, then click on [Deposit/withdrawal history]

Step 2. Click on [Deposit History] - [Details], then copy TXID

Step 3. Paste the TXID on the block chain searching site

Q3. What is coin deposit tag?

Tag is an additional address for the coin to be quickly and smoothly reflected.
If you need a tag at the deposit exchange, you must fill it out.
Ex) XRP, EOS, PCI, ETC.

Q4. I deposited coins without tags or type wrong tag.

Please log on to PC Chrome and register the coin transfer through the route below.

Q5. I deposited coins that were not listed in Huobi.

If a coin that is not listed on Huobi is deposited, it cannot be processed.

In case of the same-based chain, please register the deposit through the following route to check whether it is possible to return it to the withdrawal office.

Q6. Coin deposit is suspended, but I deposited coins.

If you make a deposit while the deposit has been suspended, the deposit will not be reflected until the coin deposit is resumed.
Please check the deposit resume date through the announcement later. Thank you.

Q7. I sent the coin to a different address.

I'm really sorry, but if you deposit coins to an address that cannot be confirmed on the exchange, you can't find the coin.
Please make sure to check the exact address, then deposit.
