Step 3. Please click on [Withdraw] - [Input amount of money] - [Apply]

Q2. How long does it take to confirm won withdrawal?

On average, it takes about 30 minutes to withdraw the won.

(Weekdays) 10:00 ~ 23:00, (Weekends, Holidays) 15:00, 21:00(2times a day)
* However, the withdrawal time may be changed on weekends and holidays due to various financial accidents, including voice phishing,
and measures to prevent money laundering.

Q3. I have assets, but I can't withdraw because I'm short of balance.

It is difficult to withdraw the desired amount if there is an outstanding order. Please withdraw the money after canceling
your outstanding orders.
