Q1. What is the identify verification?
Depending on your certification status, you will be granted Level 1 to Level 4.

This level is given to members who have authenticated by mobile.

This level is given to members when they registered a bank account in their name.

This level is given when your ID card and face recognition registration are completed.

Step2. After input a bank name, an account number, a date of birth and check the consent checkbox.

Step3. After input a bank name, an account number, a date of birth and complete an agreement form, click on [Submit]
Q6. How to change my certified bank account?

Step 1. After access Huobi Korea homepage through Chrome, log in, click on [Support] - [Proof Center]
Step 2. Click on [Remove ID verification] - [Bank-card verification (Level 3) removed] - [Verify]

Q7. How to authenticate Level4?
* Level 4 authentication requires the installation of Huobi Korea app.
Step 1. Access Huobi Korea homepage and log in, then click on [Human Icon] - [Verification] - [Verify]
Step 2. When you scan the QR code, you can download Huobi Korea App, then access Huobi Korea app
Step 3. Please Log in after running the mobile app
Step 4. Click on [Verification] - [Verify]
Step 5. Click on Start, then update your ID card
Step 6. Start face recognition after submitting identification card
Step 7. If you pass facial recognition, you will be certified
