Q1. How to deposit won?

* Huobi Korea is optimized for chrome, so please use chrome.
Step 1. Input your account(Email or Mobile number) and password, then log in.
※ If you are not a Huobi member yet, click 「Register」 to proceed to sign up.
※ If you forgot your password, click 「Reset Password」 at the bottom.
Step 2. Click on [Balances] - [Exchange Balances] - [Deposit - Apply]
※ To deposit Won, must reach at least Level 3 and at least two security certifications must be completed.
(You can authenticate through My Page.)
Step 3. Input amount of money, then click on [Next](al least more than 5,000 won is possible)
Step 4. Before deposit won, please read carefully [Attentions on deposits!], then click on [Confirm]
※ Please deposit only through a bank account certified with your Huobi Korea account.
※ Please input the note code issued by Huobi Korea when you deposit.
※ The actual deposit must be exactly the same as the deposit reservation amount.

Step 5. Please double check your deposit reservation amount, deposit account information
※ Before deposit, please read carefully notification.
▪︎ Simple transfer (Kakao Pay, Toss, Payco, Naver Pay, etc.), ARS banking, and ATMs are not allowed.
▪︎ Deposit through open banking is not allowed.
※ Before input the note code, please look at the [Note code example].
▪︎ Deposit will not be processed if the note code is wrong or not entered. Parts to enter deposit codes by bank
※ To cancel deposit reservation, please press the button [Confirm to cancel].

Step 2. After log in, please click on [Balances] - [KRW]
Step 3. Please click on [Deposit] - [Input amount of money] - [Create]
Step 4. Please read notification carefully, and click on [Agree]
Please double check your deposit reservation amount, deposit account information (a bank, an account holder, an account number), and the note code, and then deposit.
Q2. How to check the note code after the deposit reservation is completed.

Q3. How long does it take to confirm after deposit won?
It takes about 10 to 20 minutes if you input note code correctly and deposit won through your bank account
that is connected with your Huobi Korea account.
If the deposit is not confirmed for more than an hour, please contact the customer service center.

Q4. Can I deposit won through another bank that I didn't register?
If you deposit won through an unregistered bank, it will not be processed.
Please make sure to deposit won through the bank you registered for Huobi Korea.
Deposit through Toss, Kakao Pay, open banking, simple banking, telebanking, ATM, etc. is not allowed.
Q5. I made a deposit without making a reservation.
Please fill out the application form in the same way as the actual transfer amount as follows.
